A small, casual pizzeria and deli offering pizzas, arancini, and traditional Gaeta Tiellas. Highly recommended for tasting the authentic Tiella di Gaeta: Carlo is one of the few remaining 'Maestri Tiellari' (Master Tiella Makers). He championed the revival of this local dish back in the 90s, playing a key role in its current success. A definite must-try.
