Pulcinella Puppet Shows in Gaeta: Favole di Luce 2026

During Favole di Luce 2026-2027, the Gaeta Christmas lights, the Pulcinella puppet shows in Gaeta, by the Teatro di Burattini dei F.lli Mercurio, are back on Viale Battaglione degli Alpini: every weekend in November and on 9 and 10 January, one show every hour. Pulcinella is the traditional Neapolitan puppet character.

Dates and times

• When: Saturday and Sunday 7-8, 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29 November, then Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 January.
• Saturdays: 16:00 to 20:00, one show every hour.
• Sundays: the first at 12:00, then from 16:00 one every hour until 19:00.

The official programme does not give a price: we will add it as soon as it is announced.

Where it is and how to get there

Viale Battaglione degli Alpini is in the centre of Gaeta, near Corso Cavour and the squares of the Christmas lights. It is marked on the 3D Christmas lights map.
