Who is Vincenzo Capuano

Vincenzo Capuano was born in Napoli in 1989 into a family of pizza makers: he learned the craft from his grandfather and father. In 2022, he won the Trofeo Caputo in the contemporary pizza category. From his pizzeria in Napoli, he went on to open venues across many Italian cities, including Milano, Roma, and Torino, and enjoys a large following on social media and TV. His signature style is contemporary pizza made with long-fermented doughs.
