About, tickets and contacts
From 25 October to 3 December 2026, the Castello Angioino di Gaeta hosts the XIV edition of Fuori Posto – Festival di teatri al limite, organized by Fuoricontesto: nine productions spanning theatre, dance, and music, including site-specific works, designed to make theatre accessible to everyone, with performances in Lingua dei Segni Italiana (Italian Sign Language), surtitles, and audio description.
There are three events open to the public: Sunday 25 October at 16:30 «Un po’ lontano», Saturday 28 November at 17:30 «Tra pietra e mare. La memoria prende corpo», and Wednesday 2 December «Cuna», featuring the workshop at 11:00 and the show at 18:30. The remaining dates are morning performances for schools.
For schools, there are matinées on 26 and 27 October, 27 and 30 November, and 1 and 3 December: the heritage walk «Castello di Gaeta. Oltre i confini» and the performances «Un po’ lontano», «Nuvole, a tratti», «Tra pietra e mare», «Glossario di famiglia» with the exhibition-performance «Affari di famiglia», «Fili d’aria», and «Cuna».
