The organizers’ goal is clear: to unite the winemakers’ passion for the land with the salty scent of our sea, turning the historic village into a liquid narrative to be experienced glass in hand.
An itinerary for those who love to slow down If you are tired of the daily hustle and bustle, this is the event for you. The tasting route will wind through the most charming alleys of the old town, starting from historical Via Annunziata and continuing along Via Faustina. It will be an opportunity to discover over 40 outstanding local wineries and farms. Guided by the professionals of the Fondazione Italiana Sommelier, you will discover perfect pairings alongside artisanal olive oil mills and the unmissable Maestri Tiellari (masters of the traditional tiella savory pie), who will bring the authentic culinary tradition of Gaeta to the streets.
Not just wine: Art and music in the village The Gaeta Wine Experience, promoted by the Municipality of Gaeta in synergy with Confcommercio Lazio Sud and Pro Loco, is a celebration for all the senses. During the event, it will be possible to visit treasures such as the Palazzo della Cultura and the Cappella d’Oro. To top it all off, art meets music: the event will feature a live performance by Maestro Claudio Mazza’s Modern Music School, followed by a traveling show by Maestro Fabrizio Di Vanni’s Street Drum Band, before wrapping up the evening with a DJ set in the splendid setting of Piazza Conca.
