Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 22:00, the Manhattan Swing Band returns to Gaeta for a free concert under the stars in Piazza delle Sirene.
Six musicians in suits and hats take you on a journey through the great classics of swing and the refined sounds of jazz. The band has already performed in the city and returns, as they put it, “by popular demand”.
The concert is one of the final events in the celebrations honoring the Madonna di Porto Salvo: that evening’s schedule also includes a performance through the streets by the Banda Musicale “Ercole Montano” at 17:00, the procession at 18:00, and, at midnight, the fireworks display that brings the festival to a close.
Just a short walk away, at Villa delle Sirene, the food and wine fair “Le Strade del Gusto e dell’Inclusione” is open from 19:00 to 24:00: you can have dinner among the stalls and then head over to the concert.
