The attraction

What makes it special

The Diocesan Museum of Gaeta is housed in the historic Palazzo De Vio, one of the city’s most important buildings. It holds works of sacred art, paintings, sculptures and liturgical objects from churches in the area, offering a journey through the religious and artistic history of the diocese. Prominent among the collections are Renaissance and Baroque paintings, as well as valuable sacred furnishings. It is an ideal place to discover Gaeta’s cultural and spiritual heritage.
