A concert by Noemi, by the sea, with no ticket required. It takes place on Saturday, 19 September 2026 in Gaeta: the Roman singer will take the stage at Molo Santa Maria at 21:30, and admission is free.
It is one of the headline events of Gaeta Città dei Festival, the program that transforms the historic center into an open-air stage throughout September, every weekend, always with free admission.

Who is Noemi
Behind the stage name is Veronica Scopelliti, born in Rome, who rose to prominence on X Factor in 2009 and has since competed multiple times at the Festival di Sanremo. Her raspy voice and red hair have become instantly recognizable trademarks.
Her repertoire includes songs known across Italy: Vuoto a perdere, written for her by Vasco Rossi, Sono solo parole, Glicine, and Makumba—which is also why this September in Gaeta features an interesting coincidence, and we will get to that shortly.
Molo Santa Maria, the stage by the sea
Molo Santa Maria is the small harbor located just in front of Gaeta Medievale (the medieval quarter of Gaeta), set between Punta dello Stendardo and Punta della Sanità: the old village houses behind, boats moored in front, and the gulf all around. It is no makeshift venue—it is the very spot where The Kolors performed on 1 June, and where several of the festival’s September events are centered.
Anyone who attended in June knows what to expect: the quay fills up well before the concert starts, and those arriving at the last minute will find themselves far from the stage.
Noemi and Carl Brave, one week apart
Here is the connection: Makumba, released in 2021, was recorded by Noemi with Carl Brave. And Carl Brave performs in Gaeta on Saturday, 12 September, exactly seven days earlier, as part of the very same festival lineup and with free admission as well.
Two artists who shared a major hit, performing in the same town just one week apart, completely free of charge. For a town of twenty thousand residents, that is an exceptional lineup.
How to get there and where to park
The concert takes place in the heart of the medieval district, where streets are narrow and parking spaces are extremely scarce: with an event of this scale, the area fills up quickly. It is best to leave your car outside the historic village and walk the last few minutes, which is also the most enjoyable way to arrive.
In our guide to parking in Gaeta, you will find pay-and-display rates, private car parks, and the town’s two free parking areas, complete with walking times. If you prefer to ask while on the road, Enea can assist with parking and ZTL (restricted traffic zone) details at any hour via the center button on the bottom bar.
What else is happening that weekend
On 19 and 20 September, in addition to the concert, the town center will host Frammenti MArteLive and the Gaeta Buskers Festival together: music, theatre, dance, and street performances throughout the streets of the historic quarter, from 18:00 to 23:00. You can arrive in the afternoon, wander among the shows, and finish your evening at the pier.
