Gaeta Urban Trail 2026: The Third Edition, 12.5 km Across Stairways and Mule Tracks

On Sunday, October 11, 2026, starting at 09:00 from Via Annunziata 50, in Gaeta Vecchia, the GAETA URBAN TRAIL returns for its third edition.

THE RACE: 12.5 kilometers with 350 meters of positive elevation gain. This is not a road race: the mixed route crosses the city across every surface Gaeta has to offer — asphalt, volcanic basalt paving, dirt tracks, mule paths, cobblestones, single tracks, and stairways.

This is what makes it an «urban trail» and not just any race: you run through the historic center and up the mountain, over the very same stone pavements you stroll along.

REGISTRATION FEE: 15 euro. Registrations are submitted online via the ICRON platform and close on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 12:00.

The race is open to members registered with running associations.

Organized by A.S.D. Polisportiva Gaeta 1931, under the patronage of the Comune di Gaeta and the Camera di Commercio Frosinone Latina, in collaboration with FIDAL and ASI.
