By using scoprigaeta.it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the website.
1. What this website is
Scoprigaeta.it is a digital platform that promotes tourism, local businesses, and the culture of Gaeta. It publishes editorial content, videos, business listings, itineraries, and experiential tours, and hosts affiliate partnerships and advertising spaces.
2. How to use the website
The website must be used in compliance with the law and these terms. In particular, it is not permitted to:
- publish or transmit unlawful content;
- use the website for unauthorised commercial purposes;
- copy content without authorisation.
3. Intellectual property
Photos, texts, logos, and videos published on the website are protected by copyright and belong to Alessandro Palladino, unless otherwise stated. The «Scopri Gaeta» format, the content curation, the virtual assistant character «Enea», and the audio files produced also belong to the owner.
Any reproduction, even partial, without written consent is prohibited, as is the redistribution or use of audio files for third-party commercial purposes.
4. Third-party content
The website may contain links or embedded content from external platforms — such as maps, videos, or social feeds. That content remains governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers, not by these.
5. Promoted services and bookings
On the website, you will find storytelling tours and experiential visits, advertising spaces for local businesses, affiliate programmes, collaborations, and sponsored content. Some services can be booked via a contact form or direct inquiry.
6. Tourist information and virtual assistant
The published information — timetables, events, ZTL (restricted traffic zones), weather — is gathered from third-party public sources and provided for indicative purposes only. Part of the content is produced with the help of artificial intelligence: how it works, what is reviewed by a human and what is not, is explained in detail in the Legal Notice.
By using this information, you agree to do so at your own risk and to always verify with the official channels of the relevant authorities before making decisions that depend on a timetable or a date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for:
- errors, omissions, or lack of updates originating from the source material — for example, an outdated institutional website or an event change not communicated by the organisers;
- inaccurate information generated by artificial intelligence and not caught during review;
- direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on timetables, dates, or information that proved to be inaccurate, including any penalties — such as a ZTL fine — due to changes not incorporated in time;
- technical malfunctions of the website;
- damages resulting from improper use of the website or its content.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The version currently in effect is the one published on this page, with the update date indicated at the top.
