Located in the heart of Medieval Gaeta, Kè Eat represents a meeting point between the Neapolitan pizza tradition and culinary innovation. Led by Francesco, a young entrepreneur with deep roots between Naples, Formia and Gaeta, the restaurant offers anauthentic gastronomic experience that reflects a passion for good food and alove for his land.

After graduating from the Technical Nautical Institute in Gaeta, Francesco moved to Spain, where he learned theart of pizza making under the guidance of Neapolitan Master Pizzaioli, honing his skills and developing a unique style.

The Kè Eat project was born in Spain, with the opening of two restaurants to share Neapolitan traditions abroad. Driven by a desire to bring the experience he gained back to his homeland and contribute to thelocal economy, Francis returned to Gaeta. Here he combines the skills acquired abroad with the teaching of master pizza makers, resulting in an establishment that combines tradition, quality and hospitality.
