- Chatbot: Responses provided by the virtual assistant in chat are automatically generated in real time and are not subject to human prior moderation.

Accuracy of Sources and “Best Effort” The Holder strives to provide information (weather, events, ZTL) as up-to-date as possible by aggregating it through automated and manual search from third-party public sources. However, the Holder does not guarantee that the information is free of errors, omissions, or missing updates from the original sources (e.g., out-of-date institutional sites, event changes not communicated by organizers).
3. Disclaimer of Liability You agree to use the information provided at your sole risk. The Owner will not be responsible for:
- Any “hallucinations” (incorrect information generated by A.I.) not detected in review.
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from User’s reliance on times, dates, or information that proves to be inaccurate due to failure of third-party sources to update.
- Mishaps or penalties (e.g., ZTL fines) resulting from regulatory or timetable changes not promptly picked up by the site’s search systems. Verification on the official channels of the relevant agencies is always recommended.
