Former Avir Glassworks Parking Lot (Recommended for Favole di Luce)<\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> In front of the Old Station Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Why choose it:<\/strong> It is <strong>very large<\/strong> and is the most strategic parking lot for two reasons: it is convenient for visiting the modern center of the city (the Corso Italia area) and it is perfect for leaving the car and enjoying the <strong>Favole di Luce<\/strong> walking tour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Liberty Square parking lot<\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Behind La Triestina Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> Blue stripes (paid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Our tip:<\/strong> This parking lot is very central, right where the famous St. Francis Fountain is located. For this reason, <strong>it is not recommended on weekends and holidays<\/strong>, unless you arrive very early (before 3 pm). It fills up quickly because of the incredible turnout for the fountain show, which usually starts between 6-7 pm.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Parking lots of Medieval Gaeta (Piazzale Traniello &amp; Former Tennis Courts).<\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Lungomare Giovanni Caboto \/ Piazzale Traniello, Gaeta Medievale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> Blue stripes (paid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ideal for:<\/strong> These are the main parking lots for visiting the <strong>historic center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Our advice:<\/strong> <strong>Piazzale Traniello<\/strong> is very convenient during the week, but both (including <strong>Piazzale 5 Febbraio \/ Ex Tennis Courts<\/strong>) tend to be <strong>very crowded on weekends<\/strong>. If you find them full, our advice is not to push it: better to park outside the borough (like at the Ex Vetreria Avir) and enjoy the beautiful walk along the waterfront to the historic center. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Montagna Spaccata Parking Lot<\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Holy Trinity Street, 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ideal for:<\/strong> This is the dedicated parking lot for visiting Montagna Spaccata and Grotta del Turco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Our advice:<\/strong> Be careful, parking spaces are <strong>very limited<\/strong>. During weekends and holidays it is almost always full. If you have a chance and don&#8217;t mind walking, we recommend parking further down the valley and walking up.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Gaeta Camper Parking Area<\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Near Mount Orlando, on the climb leading to Montagna Spaccata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> Chargeable, specifically for RVs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Info:<\/strong> We could not find official information on seasonal costs, but from online reviews average prices are around 20\/25\u20ac per day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/u\/0\/embed?mid=1PUE5lHTm5rQcWR0eePYk8yoRjDuOUxc&#038;ehbc=2E312F&#038;output=embed\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\"><\/iframe>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IMPORTANT NOTICE: 19th May Square Parking.<\/h3>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Please note: If you were familiar with the large parking lot in 19th May Square, know that <strong>it will remain inaccessible until January 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>This is not bad news! The reason is that the square is home to the beautiful Favole di Luce <strong>Christmas Market<\/strong>, which is an absolute <em>must-visit<\/em>.
